Wally, though building on the rules of tradition, is never afraid to break those rules to make sure your pleasure is taken to the limit. He knew that a shortbread biscotti, despite having a modern non-square or non-pie shape, was necessary to satisfy your craving for buttery elegance wrapped around fine green pistachios and whole toasted almonds. He then topped them off with a liberal sprinkling of sparkling sanding sugar, and gave them a name that suited them and him. He named them after his own bit of wrap-around joy, his grandson Owie (short for Owen). Maybe a bit hard to pronounce, but definitely easy to eat.
